Supporting WASPI Campaign (Women against State Pension Inequality)

I was delighted to be able to speak in a special Westminster debate to highlight the pension injustice being suffered by hundreds of thousands of women across the country, including over 4000 in Weaver Vale, who were born in the 1950s, and have had changes enforced on their pension entitlements and access, with little or no notice, and no time to make alternative plans. I raised the issue of a constituent of mine – and made clear that I hope the inspirational WASPI women continue to shake up parliament until they get justice.
