I enjoyed answering questions on the census from children at Frodsham St Luke’s Catholic Primary School, in my home town.
I was put through my paces in a virtual Q&A on Zoom by pupils.
It was lovely way to spend the morning and there were some brilliant questions.
We talked about how the census is used to help organisations plan services such as transport, education and healthcare.
Referring to recent public concerns about the future of Frodsham Leisure Centre, one little boy said ‘Are we going to be able to keep our leisure centre?’. I said ‘Don’t worry, I will help you with that one!’. I’m determined the town has first class leisure, community and library facilities.
