Please object to the variation application to expand Lostock waste incinerator at Northwich before it is even built.
It wasn’t wanted in the first place; we certainly don’t want it to burn yet more waste, spew out more pollution and attract more lorries when it becomes operational.
Application documents may be inspected at Northwich Library or online.
Comments can be sent to Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy’s Energy Infrastructure Planning team by emailing beiseip@beis.gov.uk and referencing ‘Lostock Sustainable Energy Plant – Section 36 Consent Variation Application’.
The public consultation runs until December 2.
