It is with great sadness that we received the news of the passing of Derek Twigg’s wife Mary. Derek is re-standing as the MP for Halton in this General Election.

As a mark of respect, this afternoon’s doorstep campaigning will be suspended.

Our thoughts are with Derek and his family at this sad time.
